John  will be running a series of introductory workshops to help individuals take control of their lives. Using techniques to prove the power of the mind. The sessions will take place on Saturday 19th June at Odd Fellows Hall, Bury St Edmunds as follows,

         12.30pm Weight loss, motivate yourself to succeed

          2.45pm How to give up smoking

          4pm Introduction to NLP (this session is free to anyone attending one of the earlier sessions)

Each session costs only £10 per person
